All products may be returned within 2 days from the delivery date in their original condition and packaging. Note that the refunded amount will be credited to your account, subject to your bank’s policy. 
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

•If the garments have been damaged by misuse or negligence (exposure to chemical products, a lot of heat, sharp objects, etc.)

•If the garment are on sales, shows any signs of use, bad smell, sweating, makeup, etc.

•For poor washing or a different wash than the one that the garment requires.
